We are grateful to have acclaimed designer/artist/farmer Lori Ann David walk us thru her 5 acre showcase ranch-estate “Casa de Los Angelitos” where she has built and lives her authentic “Santa Barbara Style” life and work.

Walk the 5 sustainable acres of organic, edible and ornamental gardens in a small lecture/garden tour and talk with her about her life’s work with “Eat Your Yard™", a division of her award-winning landscape design and construction company, Landscape ArtDesign, and Aurora Farms. Enjoy beautiful edible flowers, tasty organic citrus, fresh free-range eggs, and more.

Experience her very original Spanish Colonial Revival Style home and buildings, envisioned when there was nothing on the land in 1989, and as it has come to be a private retreat center for groups and individuals, and participate with her in gathering food and things from the land, and creating an incredible meal in her gourmet kitchen. Lori Ann is an incredible chef and wine collector, and creates meals and food of unearthly beauty and nutrition. Many different experiences can be arranged with her in the kitchen-canning, baking, drying; food and wine; herbal gifts for beauty and bath, and more.

Nurture Body and Soul by special arrangement with Lori Ann for any of the following possibilities: a yoga class in the Sacred Space yoga studio; guided meditation or drumming work; or work with the body balls in play; write poetry, painting and drawing; there are many options available here.

Create any number of artistic originals with Lori Ann in her working art studio. Play with clay in many forms and ways; learn the art of mosaic, and learn how to work and shaping concrete. Work with metal; advanced groups have the opportunity to work with power tools and weld as well.
